Comprehensive In-House Capabilities
We have a complete in-house manufacturing process that manages all stages of shipbuilding, from steel cutting to final commissioning. Our integrated production process ensures quality, efficiency, and precision throughout the entire shipbuilding process.
Our Construction Process Flow

1. Steel Storage
- 1,400 m² storage area accessible by railway, road, and sea logistics
- Capability to handle plates up to 3.5 x 12.5 m
- On-site crane availability for efficient material handling
2. Steel Pre-treatment
- Complete washing, blasting, and pre-painting facilities
- Enables use of standard steel materials
- Ensures proper corrosion protection from the earliest stages
3. Part Production
- Two individual production lines operating in parallel
- Fully automatic profile cutting line (60-340mm)
- Automated T-beam line with induction straightening
- Heavy-duty plate roller and bending machines with up to 1000t power
- 3 plasma cutting machines (4-90mm) with bevelling function
4. Block Production
- 25 individual cell slots with 100t cranes
- Combined lifting capacity up to 300t
- Modular approach for efficient assembly
5. Painting Halls
- 3 individual painting slots in climate-controlled heated halls
- Three painting halls covering 2,500 m² (26,910 ft²)
- Maximum block size 30 x 29 x 12 m (98 x 95 x 39 ft)
- Temperature-controlled environment up to 30°C
6. Section / Block Outfitting
- 4 multi-wheeler platforms capable of carrying up to 420t
- RMC building method ensuring efficient upside outfitting works
- Strategic pre-outfitting reduces overall construction time
7. Hull Erection Facilities

- Heavy-duty launch ramp: 30m (128 ft) wide with 5,000t load capacity
- Semi-submersible barge operation
- Barge capacity: 11,000t
8. Final Outfitting & Commissioning
• Multiple Outfitting Quays:
- Quay (a): 240m length with all necessary energy connections and load banks for commissioning generators
- Quay (b): 220m length
- Capability (c): Segregated individual security zones for sensitive projects
• Total Outfitting Quay:
- Length: 220-240m (721-787 ft)
